MINUTES
Representative Denny McNamara, Chair of the Committee on Environment, Energy and Natural Resources Policy and Finance called the sixty-first meeting to order at 8:22 a.m. on March 8, 2012, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Quam moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on March 6, 2012 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
H.F. 2164 (McNamara) Water reporting and assessment requirements, waste management provisions, toxic pollution prevention requirements, stationary source standards, acid deposition control requirements, and sewage sludge management modified; environmental review clarified, fees eliminated, and new open air swine basin prohibition extended.
Rep. McNamara presented H.F. 2164.
Rep. McNamara moved that H.F. 2164 be passed and re-referred to the Committee on Government Operations and Elections.
Rep. McNamara moved the
H2164DE1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. The amendment was adopted.
Rep. McNamara moved the
H2164A1 amendment.
Rep. Dill moved to orally amend the H2164A1 amendment as follows:
Page 3, line 6 after "the" insert "Superior National Forest"
Page 3, line 7 after "County" insert "and" and delete "these" and insert "the following", and after "townships" insert "in St. Louis County"
THE MOTION PREVAILED. The amendment to the amendment was adopted.
