MINUTES
Representative Peppin, Chair of the Government Operations and Elections Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:15 a.m. on Tuesday, February 8, 2011 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

H.F. 210 (Kiffmeyer) voter picture identification required before receiving ballot, identification cards provided at no charge, provisional ballot procedures established, et al.
Chair Peppin moved that H.F. 210 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the House Committee on State Government Finance.

Representative Greene moved the
H0210A7 amendment to the H0210DE1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Winkler moved the
H0210A3 amendment to the H0210DE1 amendment and requested a roll call vote.
