MINUTES
Representative Peppin Chair of the Government Operations and Elections Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:19 a.m. on Thursday, February 24, 2011 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Hancock moved approval of the minutes from February 23, 2011. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES WHERE APPROVED.
H.F. 191 (Downey) Redundant Technology Elimination Act proposed, state agency information technology systems and services consolidated, et al.
Representative Hancock moved that H.F. 191 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on State Government Finance.

H0191DE2 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED, AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative McFarlane moved the
H0191A2 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED, AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Hancock renewed his motion that H.F. 191 be recommended to pass, as amended, and re-referred to the Committee on State Government Finance. THE MOTION PREVAILED, AND H.F. 191 WAS RECOMMENDED TO PASS AND RE-REFFERED TO HOUSE COMMITTEE ON STATE GOVERNMENT FINANCE.
