MINUTES
Representative Peppin Chair of the Government Operations and Elections Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:25 a.m. on Tuesday, March 8, 2011 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Representative McFarlane moved approval of the minutes from March 3, 2011. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.
H.F. 756 (Stensrud) State employee performance appraisal and bonus pay system components specified.
Representative Murray moved that H.F. 756 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the State Government Finance Committee.

Representative Murray renewed his motion that H.F. 756 be recommended to pass, and be re-referred to the State Government Finance Committee. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND H.F. 756 WAS RECOMMENDED TO PASS AND RE-REFERRED TO THE STATE GOVERNMENT FINANCE COMMITTEE.
H.F. 753 (Howes) Concurrent detachment and annexation provided.
Representative Quam moved that H.F. 753 be recommended to pass, and placed on the General Register.

Representative Hornstein moved that H.F. 852 be recommended to pass and placed on the General Register.
