MINUTES
Representative O'Driscoll acting Chair of the Government Operations and Elections Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 5, 2011 in Room 300 South of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Quam moved approval of the minutes from April 28, 2011 and April 29, 2011. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.
H.F. 1523 (Holberg) Zoning for residential property used as vacation rental provided.
Representative O’Driscoll moved that H.F. 1523 be brought before the committee and laid over for future consideration.

H1358A2 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
