MINUTES
Representative Peppin, Chair of the Government Operations and Elections Committee, called the fortieth meeting to order at 10:19 a.m. on Thursday, January 26, 2012, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Peppin invited the new committee staff to introduce themselves.
Representative Murray moved that the minutes of May 17, 2011, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF0389 (Beard) Interim planning ordinances and municipal development contracts provided.
Representative Beard moved that HF0389 be recommended to pass and sent to the General Register.
Representative Beard moved the
H0389A2 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED, AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
