Representative Peppin, Chair of the Government Operations and Elections Committee, called the forty seventh meeting to order at 10:18 a.m. on Tuesday, February 21, 2012, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

Representative Quam moved that the minutes of February 16, 2012 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF1813 (Benson) State government reorganization study proposal request required.
Chair Peppin moved that HF1813 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the State Government Finance Committee.

H1813DE1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED, AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
The committee heard testimony on HF1813, as amended.
