Representative Peppin, Chair of the Government Operations and Elections Committee, called the fiftieth meeting to order at 10:18 a.m. on Tuesday, February 28, 2012, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

Representative O’Driscoll moved that the minutes of February 23, 2012 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF2084 (Stensrud) Inverse condemnation authorized by a mixed municipal solid waste services business when a governmental entity occupies the market.
Chair Peppin moved that HF2084 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Civil Law Committee.
