MINUTES
Representative Peppin, Chair of the Government Operations and Elections Committee, called the sixty second meeting to order at 11:02 a.m. on Wednesday, March 21, 2012, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Holberg presented HF2340.
A quorum was present at 11:09 a.m.
Representative Simon moved that the minutes of March 20, 2012 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF2340 (Holberg) Abortion facility licensure required.
Chair Peppin moved that HF2340 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Health and Human Services Finance Committee.
Chair Peppin moved to orally amend HF2340 in the following:
Page 1, line 12, delete "; data privacy"
Page 1, line 13, delete everything after the period
Page 1, lines 14-19, delete entire lines
THE MOTION PREVAILED, AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
The committee heard testimony on HF2340, as amended.
