MINUTES
Representative Peppin, Chair of the Government Operations and Elections Committee, called the sixty third meeting to order at 10:16 a.m. on Thursday, March 22, 2012, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

Representative Torkelson presented HF2634.
A quorum was present at 10:19 a.m.
Representative O’Driscoll moved that the minutes of March 21, 2012 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF2634 (Torkelson) Subsurface sewage treatment systems alternative local standards provided.
Representative O’Driscoll moved that HF2634 be recommended to pass and sent to the General Register.
The committee heard testimony on HF2634.

Chair Peppin moved that HF2199 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Ways and Means Committee.
Chair Peppin moved the H2199-54A amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED, AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Chair Peppin moved the H2199-55A amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED, AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Murray assumed the gavel at 10:25 a.m.
