MINUTES
Representative Gottwalt, Chair, of the Health and Human Services Reform Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:07 P.M. on April 26, 2011, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Representative Lohmer moved the approval of the minutes of April 13, 2011. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF482 (Downey) Funeral goods sale license requirement clarified.
Representative Gottwalt moved that HF482 be recommended to pass and be laid over for possible inclusion in the Health and Human Service Reform Omnibus bill.
Representative Gottwalt moved the

HF1461 (Abeler) Human services licensing provisions changes made, data practice provisions changed, Human Services Background Studies Act amended, social worker licensure provisions made, and licensing provisions established for alcohol counselors.
Representative Abeler moved that HF383 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Civil Law.
Representative Abeler moved the
H1461A2 amendment with the following oral amendment: P.6, "delete", L.6.3 to L.6.7. THE AMENDMENT WITH THE ORAL AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Abeler moved to incorporate the
HF1461A7 amendment into the H1461A6 amendment and adopt the H1461A6 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Gottwalt moved to orally amend HF1498 by: "delete" L. 6.17 thru L. 8.34. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
