MINUTES
Representative Nornes, Chair of the Higher Education Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:30 PM on February 17th, 2011, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Representative Atkins moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on February 15, 2011 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The committee heard testimony from the Office of Higher Education on Governor Dayton's Budget Proposals.
