Representative Gunther, Chair of the Jobs and Economic Development Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:20 a.m. on May 5, 2011, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Informational hearing on HF1352(Gunther) State lottery authorized to establish gaming machine revenue tax imposed, powers and duties provided to the director, and a Minnesota future fund and an industry improvement fund established.

On behalf of the Fond Du Lac Band of Native Americans was Karen Diver, Chairwoman and CEO, on behalf of the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe was Marge Anderson, Chief Executive, and Angela Heikes, Commissioner of Corporate Affairs, on behalf of the Grand Casino Hinckley was Robbie Sawyer, Marketing Director, on behalf of Pine County was Stephen Hallan, County Commissioner, on behalf of Prairie's Edge Casino and Resort was Richard Hermanson, employee.
