HF1687 (Urdahl) Cosmos; consolidated municipal building funding provided, bonds issued, and money appropriated.
Representative Swedzinski moved HF1687 before committee.
Representative Urdahl discussed HF1687.
Representative Swedzinski renewed his motion that HF1687 pass, and be laid over in committee. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF2303 (Murdock) Wadena; street and utility improvement funding provided for infrastructure damaged by the 2010 tornado, bonds issued, and money appropriated.
Representative Leidiger moved HF2303 before committee.
Representative Murdock discussed HF2303.
Testifying before committee on behalf of the City of Wadena was Edwin Cain, and Bradley Swenson, Wadena City Administrator.
Representative Leidiger renewed his motion that HF2303 pass and be laid over in committee. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF1324 (Crawford) Braham publicly owned infrastructure funding provided, bonds issued, and money appropriated.
Representative LeMieur moved HF1324 before committee.
Representative Crawford discussed HF1324.
Testifying on behalf of the City of Braham was Patricia Lind, and Dorothy Johnson.
Representative LeMieur renewed his motion that HF1324 pass and be laid over in committee. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF1855 (Dill) Tower; harbor reconstruction funding provided, bonds issued, and money appropriated.
Representative Dill discussed HF1855.
Testifying on behalf of the City of Tower was Steve Abrahamson, Mayor, Mike Larson, City Engineer, and Matt Bolf, Civil Engineer.
Representative Dill renewed his motion that HF 1855 pass and be laid over in committee. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
