A quorum was present at 12:40 p.m. Meeting officially called to order.
Chair Gunther moved HF1400 before committee to be laid over for possible inclusion in the Jobs Omnibus Bill.
Testifying before committee on behalf of the Minneapolis Downtown Council was Sam Grabarski, Executive Director.

Chair Gunther renewed his motion that HF1400 be laid over as amended in committee.
HF588 (Gauthier) Duluth; Wade stadium renovation funding provided, bonds issued, and money appropriated.
Representative Mahoney moved HF588 before committee to be laid over.

Chair Gunther moved to approve the minutes of February 23, 2012. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF1387 (Mahoney) Beacon Bluff Business Center funding provided, bonds issued, and money appropriated.

HF2332 (Murray) Small business investment credit higher percentage provided for qualified Greater Minnesota businesses.
Representative Murray discussed HF2332.
Testifying on behalf of the Coalition of Greater Minnesota Cities was JD Burton.
