JUDICIARY POLICY AND FINANCE COMMITTEE

MINUTES

Representative Shimanski, Chair of the Judiciary Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:18 A.M. on February 23, 2012, in Room 10 (ground floor) of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Gruenhagen moved approval of the February 21, 2012 Judiciary Policy and Finance Committee minutes. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Scott presented HF322. Custody and parenting time provisions changed.

Chairman Shimanski laid over HF 322.

Representative Daudt presented HF 2246. Convictions under the original criminal vehicular operation law allowed to enhance DWI offenses, and legislative oversight corrected.

Representative Gruenhagen moved HF 2246 be recommended to pass and be placed on the General Register.

Representative Gruenhagen renewed his motion that HF 2246 be recommended to pass and placed on the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
