Representative Cornish, Chair of the Public Safety and Crime Prevention Policy and Finance Committee, called the ninth meeting to order at 10:18 a.m. on Thursday, February 3, 2011, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Kelly moved that the minutes of February 2, 2011, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Vice Chairman Woodard assumed the gavel at 10:19 a.m.
HF0152 (Cornish) Criminal possession or sale of identification documents crime created.
Chairman Cornish moved that HF0152 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Judiciary Policy and Finance Committee.
The committee heard testimony on HF0152.
