MINUTES
Representative Cornish, Chair of the Public Safety and Crime Prevention Policy and Finance Committee, called the fifth meeting to order at 10:14 a.m. on Thursday, January 20, 2011, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

Representative Gauthier moved that the minutes of January 19, 2011, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF0057 (Kriesel) Synthetic cannabinoid sale or possession crime established, and penalty provided.
Representative Kriesel moved that HF0057 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Judiciary Policy and Finance Committee.
The committee heard testimony on HF0057.
