Representative Cornish, Chair of the Public Safety and Crime Prevention Policy and Finance Committee, called the fifty-first meeting to order at 10:14 a.m. on Thursday, March 8, 2012, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
HF2528 (Mazorol) Accident reports involving damage to state-owned infrastructure transportation provisions modified.

Chairman Cornish moved that HF2426 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the State Government Finance Committee.
Chairman Cornish renewed his motion that HF2426 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the State Government Finance Committee. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chairman Cornish renewed his motion that HF2528 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Civil Law Committee. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF2463 (LeMieur) Alcoholic beverage special licensing purchase authorized until the state is able to issue the necessary card.
Chairman Cornish moved that HF2463 be recommended to pass and sent to the General Register.
Chairman Cornish moved the H2463A1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Woodard moved that HF1607 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Transportation Policy and Finance Committee.

Chairman Cornish moved to orally amend H1607DE1: delete everything after the period on line 3.26; delete everything before "Spending" on line 3.27. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Woodard moved to orally amend H1607DE1: after "Planning Board," insert "the Director of the Minnesota Historical Society" in Section 2, line 3.17. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Woodard renewed his motion that HF1607, as amended, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Transportation Policy and Finance Committee. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
