MINUTES
Representative Sarah Anderson, Chair of the Redistricting Committee, called the meeting to order at 11:00 AM on February 25, 2011, in Room 2A & 2B of the Olmsted County Government Center.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chairman Anderson welcomed the public to the redistricting committee meeting.
Committee members were introduced.
Chairman Anderson provided introductory remarks and a brief overview of the redistricting process.
Presentation by Tom Gillaspy, State Demographer. Presentation on Regional Demographic and Population Changes.
Presentation by Matt Gehring, House Research. Presentation on the Local Redistricting Timeline.
Lisa Clarke, Division Chair of Mayo Clinic Division of Public Affairs. Presented the Mayo Clinic Economic Impact Statement.
Ardell Brede, Mayor of Rochester. Presentation on population growth in Olmsted County and Rochester.
Ken Brown, Olmsted County Commissioner.
