Representative Dean, Chair of the Rules and Legislative Administration Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:34 AM on May 18, 2011, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

Representative Daudt moved that the minutes from the May 16, 2011 meeting be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Chair Dean moved that SF1308 be sent to the General Register.
Representative Paymar moved that the Committee on Rules and Legislative Administration take public testimony on SF1308.
Patrick McCormack, Director of Minnesota House of Representatives Research Department testified on the motion to take public testimony.
