MINUTES
Representative Lanning, Chair of the State Government Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:19 a.m. on February 2, 2011, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Winkler was excused.
Secretary of State Mark Ritchie presented an overview of the Office of the Secretary of State and use of Help America Vote Act (HAVA) funds.
Burt Black, Legal Advisor for the Secretary of State answered Committee Members' questions related to legal use of HAVA funds.
Sara Schlauderaff, Acting State Chief Information Officer (CIO) presented an overview of the Office of Enterprise Technology (OET), including State IT services and Datacenter consolidation.
Chris Buse, State Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at the OET presented an overview of the OET’s security systems and processes.
Tarek Tomes, Assistant Commissioner for Customer and Service Management for OET answered Committee Members’ OET services-related questions.
A quorum was present.
Representative Greene moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on February 1, 2011, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:02 a.m.
