MINUTES
Representative Lanning, Chair of the State Government Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:20 a.m. on March 15, 2011, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Annamarie Hill-Kleinhans, Executive Director of the Indian Affairs Council and JoLynn Shopteese, Grant and Legislative Director for the Indian Affairs Council presented an operations and budget overview of the Council.
Hector Garcia, Executive Director of the Chicano-Latino Affairs Council (CLAC) presented an operations and budget overview of CLAC.
Kao Ly Ilean Her, Executive Director of the Council on Asian-Pacific Minnesotans presented an operations and budget overview of the Council.
Lester Collins, Executive Director of the Council on Black Minnesotans presented an operations and budget overview of the Council.
Michael Charron, Chair of the State Arts Board and Sue Gens, Executive Director of the State Arts Board presented a budget overview of the Arts Board.
Maxine Adams, Director of the Lake Region Arts Council; Tony Goddard, Executive Director of the Paramount Theater and Visual Arts Center in St. Cloud; and Lawrence Redmond, Lobbyist for the Minnesota Citizens for the Arts testified on the State Arts Board.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:04 a.m.
