Representative Lanning, Chair of the State Government Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:20 a.m. on February 1, 2012, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Representative Stensrud moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on January 31, 2012, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The committee heard testimony on the Collaborative Governance Council Legislative Report 2011 and the State Auditor Best Practices Reviews on Collaboration.
