MINUTES
Representative Lanning, Chair of the State Government Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m. on February 22, 2012, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Murray moved the minutes from the committee meeting on February 21, 2012, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF2170(LeMieur) Camp Ripley education center funding provided, bonds issued and money appropriated.
Chairman Lanning moved HF2170 be laid over.
The committee heard testimony on HF2170.

Chairman Lanning renewed his motion that HF2170 be laid over.
HF2003(Woodard) Racing Commission and State Lottery operations allowed on an ongoing basis.
Chairman Lanning moved HF2003 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Ways and Means Committee.
Representative Woodard moved the
H2003A1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Chairman Lanning moved the
H2003A4 amendment.
Representative Kahn moved to orally amend the H2003A4 amendment. Chairman Lanning incorporated Representative Kahn's oral amendment into the H2003A4 amendment.
H2003A4, AS AMENDED, WAS ADOPTED.
Chairman Lanning instructed staff to prepare a new amendment reflecting the new text of the H2003A4 amendment, as amended and adopted by the committee. Staff prepared
H2003A6 in response to this request.
The committee heard testimony on HF2003, as amended.

Chairman Lanning moved the
HF2003A5 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Winkler moved to orally amend the H2003A5 amendment. REPRESENTATIVE WINKLER WITHDREW HIS MOTION TO ORALLY AMEND THE AMENDMENT.
Chairman Lanning laid over HF2003, as amended.
HF2113(Abeler) Legislature; fiscal notes and revenue estimates information provisions modified.
Chairman Lanning moved HF2113 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus finance bill.
The committee heard testimony on HF2113.

HF2269(Lanning) Help America Vote Act funds determined and money appropriated.
Chairman Lanning moved HF2269 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus finance bill.
