Representative Anderson B, Chair, called the meeting to order at11:29am. On April 4, 2011, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

Representative Persell moved approval of the minutes of March 7, 2011. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.
HF 56 Veteran waiver of immunity provided to sue the state of Minnesota as an employer in federal or other courts for violation of the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act.
Chair Anderson, B. moved HF56 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the committee on Judiciary Policy and Finance.
