MINUTES
Representative Urdahl, Chair of the Legacy Funding Division Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:34pm on Tuesday, February 28, 2012, in the Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

HF1762 (Davids) Rochester: veteran and emergency services museum funding provided, and money appropriated.
Chair Urdahl moves HF1762.

Representative Kiel moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on Wednesday, February 22, 2012, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Murphy moved the following oral amendment to HF1762:
Line 1.7, delete "2012" insert "2013"
THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Chair Urdahl laid over HF1762, as amended, for possible inclusion in the Legacy Funding Division omnibus bill.
HF2433 (Garofalo) At least 40 percent of the arts and cultural heritage funding required to be devoted to programs for school-age children.
Representative Peppin moved HF2433.
