Representative Davids, Chair of the Taxes Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:15 AM on February 2, 2011, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Davids moved HF103 and recommended to pass and be re-referred to Ways and Means Committee.
A quorum was present at 10:18 AM.

Representative Marquart moved to approve the minutes from the committee meeting on February 1, 2011. Motion prevailed: Minutes are approved.
Being out of order, Representative Marquart rescinds his motion to approve the minutes. Motion prevailed.
Chair Davids renewed his motion that HF 103 pass and be re-referred to the Ways and Means Committee. Motion prevailed. HF 103 is re-referred to the Ways and Means Committee.
Representative Marquart moved to approve the minutes from the committee meeting on February 1, 2011. Motion prevailed: Minutes are approved.

Representative Loon assumed the gavel at 10:49am.
Representative Anderson assumed gavel at 11:02am.
Chair Davids resumed the gavel at 11:17am.
Chair Davids noted committee for February 3, 2011 will be cancelled.
The meeting was adjourned at 11:34 AM.
