Representative Davids, Chair of the Taxes Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:15AM on February 9, 2011, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was not present.
Representative Doepke presented HF88.
A quorum was present at 10:30 AM
Representative Runbeck moved to approve the minutes from the committee meeting on February 8, 2011. Motion prevailed: Minutes are approved.
Representative Doepke moved HF88 pass and be moved to the General Register.
A roll call was requested by Representative Hortman.

ABSTAIN: RUKAVINA
There being seventeen ayes, five nays, and one abstention, the bill passed and was referred to the General Register.
Representative Davids moved HF 106 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Omnibus Tax bill.
