Representative Davids, Chair of the Taxes Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:15 AM on March 3, 2011, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Mack moved to approve the minutes dated March 2, 2011. Motion prevailed: Minutes are approved.

Presentation by John Hagen, Director of Property Tax Division, Minnesota Department of Revenue and Andrea Fish of the Minnesota Department of Revenue.
Chair Davids recommended HF12 pass and be re-referred to the Ways and Means committee.

Representative Davnie moved to orally amend HF12 delete all and insert "repeal the 2008 and subsequent changes and take us back to 2007 statute for Green Acres."
