Representative Davids, Chair of the Taxes Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:15 AM on April 27, 2011, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Dr. Wilson, Minnesota Department of Revenue, gave presentation on the Minnesota Tax Incidence Study.
A quorum was present at 10:22 AM
Representative Wardlow moved to approve the minutes dated April 26, 2011. Motion prevailed: Minutes were approved.
Dr. Wilson continued his presentation on the Minnesota Tax Incidence Study.
Dr. John Spry presented on the Minnesota Tax Incidence Study.
The meeting was adjourned at 11:59 AM.
