Representative Davids, Chair of the Taxes Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:15am on January 25, 2011, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present: 10:17am.
Representative Knuth moved to approve the minutes from the committee meeting on January 19th, 2011. Motion prevailed. Minutes are approved.
Representative Garofalo moved HF 36 be laid over for possible inclusion in the tax omnibus bill.
