MINUTES
Representative Runbeck, Chair of the Property and Local Tax Division Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:20 A.M. on March 16, 2011, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

HF1083 (Runbeck) Homeowner property tax refund modified.
Chair Runbeck moved the
HF1083A1 amendment.
THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Chair Runbeck laid over HF1083, as amended, for possible inclusion the Property and Local Tax Division report.
Chair Runbeck moved HF481.
HF481 (Runbeck) Local government; property taxes frozen at 2010 pay levels, actions that would increase property tax levies prohibited, and exceptions provided.
Chair Runbeck moved the
A11-0139 amendment.
Chair Runbeck moved the HF0481A6 amendment to the A11-0139 amendment.
THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT TO THE AMDENMENT WAS ADOPTED.
