MINUTES
Representative Beard, Chair of the Transportation Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:37 P.M. on Monday, February 20, 2012, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Buesgens moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on February 15, 2012, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF1948 (Urdahl) Motor vehicle sales tax exemption provided on a portion of the value of a motor vehicle purchased abroad during military service outside the United States.
Representative Benson moved HF1948 and recommended that it pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Taxes.
Representative Urdahl presented HF1948.

Representative Murdock moved HF1595 and recommended that it pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.
