Representative Beard, Chair of the Transportation Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 6:07 P.M. on Wednesday, March 7, 2012, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Representative Morrow moved to incorporate the H2321A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Page 1, line 10, delete "transit" and insert "Metro Transit"
