HF1101 (Nornes): Postsecondary education provisions amended, reports required, Minnesota college savings plan matching grants changed, technical changes made, definitions modified, requirements set for credit transfers, stable undergraduate tuition rates provided, achieve scholarship program modified, graduate education study required in for-profit sector, equipment and apparel provisions repealed, and money appropriated.
Representative Nornes moved HF 1101 be recommended to pass and be placed on the General Register.
