Representative Holberg, Chair of the Ways and Means Committee, called the meeting to order at 6:15 P.M. on April 4, 2011, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Holberg officially called the meeting to order at 6:16 P.M. A quorum was present.
Representative Hamilton moved to approve the minutes from the committee meeting on March 30, 2011. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
SF1047 (Parry): Omnibus state government, military affairs and veterans affairs appropriations; Minnesota Sunset Act.
Representative Lanning moved SF 1047 be recommended to pass and be placed on the General Register.
Representative Lanning moved to delete the language in SF 1047 and insert the language of HF 577 Second Engrossment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Carlson withdrew the KN-RES14 Amendment.
