Discussion of HF 833 (Fischer) and HF 592 (Winkler) conveyance issues
Deborah Dyson, House Research Analyst
HF 592 (Winkler) Perpich Center for Arts Education authorized to operate a voluntary integration magnet school, staff and facilities transferred, funding formulas modified and money appropriated.
HF 833 (Fischer) Harambee community school transfer from the East Metro Integration District to the Roseville school district clarified.
Superintendent John Thein, Roseville area schools spoke to these bills.

Rep. Matt Dean moved approval of the minutes of March 21, 2013. Motion prevailed. The minutes were approved.
