Representative Lesch, Chair of Committee on Civil Law, called the meeting to order at 9:10 AM on Friday, February 1, 2013 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

HF5 (Atkins) Minnesota Insurance Marketplace established, powers and duties prescribed, legislative appointments provided, and money appropriated.
