Representative Lesch, Chair of Committee on Civil Law, called the meeting to order at 8:15 AM, Wednesday, February 13, 2013 in the Room 200 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chairman Lesch moved February 12, 2013 minutes. Motion approved.
HF 232 (Hilstrom) Statutory short form power of attorney modified, and judicial relief authorized.
Representative Hilstrom presented her bill.

Chairman Lesch moved to orally amend page 1, line 10, after and delete "a", page 3, line 34, strike "........ (N)" and Page 3, line 33, insert "........ (N)", Page 6, line 16, delete "chose" and insert "choose". The motion prevailed
Representative Hilstrom renews her motion that HF 232 be passed, as amended, and re-referred to the Committee on Judiciary Finance and Policy. The motion prevailed.
Vice Chair Allen assumed gavel at 9:25 AM.
HF 84 (Lesch) Dog and cat breeder licensing and inspection provided for, and money appropriated.
Chairman Lesch presented his bill.

Vice Chair Allen moved to orally amend Page 9, remove section 8, lines 8 through 11. The motion prevailed. The amendment was adopted.
Chairman Lesch moved to renew his motion that HF 84 be passed and re-referred as amended to the Committee on Public Safety Finance and Policy. The motion prevailed.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:00 AM.
