Chair Allen moved February 19, 2013 minutes. Motion prevailed. Minutes approved.
HF 410 (Hilstrom) Crime victim's estate authorized to request or enforce an order for restitution.
Representative Hilstrom moved amendment
H0410A1. The motion prevailed. The amendment was adopted.
Representative Hilstrom presented her bill.

Chairman Lesch moved amendment
H0483A1. The motion prevailed. The amendment was adopted.
Representative Scott moved an oral amend to H0483A1 to remove "…and the establishment of a CCHD registry;" on page 1, line 1.12. The motion did not prevail.
Representative Hilstrom renews her motion to move HF 483 be to pass as amended and be referred to the Health and Human Services Finance Committee. The motion prevailed.
