Representative Lesch, Chair of Committee on Civil Law, called the meeting to order at 4:30 PM on Monday, March 10, 2014 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

Chair Lesch moved to approve minutes from March 4 and 5, 2014. THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.
