Representative Lesch, Chair of Committee on Civil Law, called the meeting to order at 8:20 AM on Tuesday, March 11, 2014 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Rosenthal moved to approve minutes from March 10, 2014. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.
HF2668 (Hilstrom) Petitioners in errors and omissions petitions shall also serve the petition on all candidates for the office in which the error or omission is alleged, requirement that court seal be a raised seal eliminated, requirements for notarial act on pleadings and affidavits filed with the court in all cases removed, court documents provided to be signed under penalty of perjury, alternative service in probate matters permitted, applicants in structured settlement transfer action required to provide the court with information, request for a hearing in response to a temporary restraining order provided to be made within 20 days after the temporary restraining order is served, and application of fine payment to restitution before application to court fines permitted.

HF2545 (Liebling) Health definitions modified and added, pharmacist participation in immunization requirements changed, Board of Pharmacy powers and duties changed, Board of Pharmacy licensing requirements for businesses regulation changed, compounding requirements clarified, educational institutions allowed to purchase legend drugs in limited circumstances, entities allowed to handle drugs in preparation for emergency use, requirement clarified that drug manufacturers report payments to the Board of Pharmacy, and substances added to the schedules for controlled substances.
Representative Liebling moved that HF2545 be re-referred to the Committee on Judiciary Finance and Policy.
