HF3073 (Atkins) Insurance fraud regulations modified, administrative penalty provided for insurance fraud, no-fault auto benefits regulated, property and casualty coverages regulated, deauthorization process created for the right of health care providers to receive payments under chapter 65B, reimbursement limited for prescription drugs, batch billing regulated, economic benefits modified under chapter 65B, and task force established on motor vehicle insurance coverage verification.
