MINUTES

Representative Atkins, Chair of Committee on Commerce and Consumer Protection Finance and Policy, called the meeting to order at 4:05 PM on February 6, 2013 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

Rep. Halverson moved that the minutes from the meeting on February 5, 2013 be approved. THE MOTION WAS ADOPTED

Janet Gonzalez, Public Utilities Commission

The following people gave testimony on the Governor's Budget Proposal for Explore Minnesota Tourism:

John Edman, Chair, Explore Minnesota Tourism Board
