MINUTES

Representative Fritz, Vice-Chair of Committee on Commerce and Consumer Protection Finance and Policy, called the meeting to order at 4:06 PM on April 2, 2013 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Rep. Falk moved to approve the minutes from the meeting on March 19, 2013. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 1682 (Atkins) Commerce and consumer protection fees and surcharges modified and provided for, and money appropriated.

Rep. Atkins moved HF 1682 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Ways & Means.

Rep. Atkins moved the A13-0365 amendment.

Rep. Atkins moved to orally amend the A13-0365 amendment, by adding the number "1682" to line 1.1 following the words "H.F. No." THE AMENDMENT WAS INCORPORATED.
