Representative Atkins, Chair of Committee on Commerce and Consumer Protection Finance and Policy, called the meeting to order on May 14, 2013 at 8:34 AM in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

Rep. Swedzinski moved to approve the minutes from the meeting April 23, 2013. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF 1214 (Mahoney) Motor Vehicles regulated, scrap metal processing regulation amended, proof of ownership or hold period required for vehicles purchased for scrap, automated property system and criminal penalties created.
Rep. Atkins moved HF 1214 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the committee on Rules and Legislative Administration.
Rep. Atkins moved the
H1214DE10 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
