MINUTES

Representative Atkins, Chair of Committee on Commerce and Consumer Protection Finance and Policy, called the meeting to order at 4:09 PM on March 4, 2014 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Rep. Hortman moved that the minutes from the meeting on February 26, 2014 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF2162 (Winkler) Golden Valley; on-sale license allowed for a golf course.

Rep. Lillie moved that HF2162 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Liquor Omnibus Bill.

Rep. Hortman moved that HF977 be re-referred to the General Register.

Rep. Hortman moved the A14-0760 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Rep. Slocum moved to orally amend the motion to insert the word “professional” before the word junior in lines 1.8 and 1.13. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Rep. Atkins moved that HF1808 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Liquor Omnibus Bill.
