MINUTES
Representative Mullery, Chair of Committee on Early Childhood and Youth Development Policy, called the meeting to order at 4:05PM Tuesday, February 19, 2012 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Representative Melin moved to approve the minutes of Wednesday, February 13, 2012. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.
Representative Mullery moved that HF698 be recommended to pass and rereferred to the committee on Health and Human Services Finance.
Representative Halverson presented HF698 (Halverson), Runaway and Homeless Youth Act modified, and money appropriated.
Representative Myhra moved to amend HF698, as follows:
Page 2, line 21, after "shall" insert "annually, by November 15,"
Page 2, line 22, strike "shall" and insert "must"
Page 4, delete section 3
Representative Myhra withdrew her amendment.
Representative Mullery renewed his motion to recommend HF698 be passed and rereferred to the committee on Health and Human Services Finance. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Melin renewed her motion to recommend HF358 be passed and re-referred to the committee on Health and Human Services Finance. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
