Representative Mullery, Chair of Committee on Early Childhood and Youth Development Policy, called the meeting to order at 4:10PM Tuesday, February 26, 2013 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

Representative Radinovich moved to approve the minutes of Tuesday, February 19, 2012. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.
Representative Radinovich moved to approve the minutes of Wednesday, February 20, 2012. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.
Representative Moran moved that HF704 be recommended to pass and rereferred to the committee on Civil Law.
Representative Hilstrom presented HF704 (Hilstrom), Family Reunification Act of 2013 created.

Representative Moran renewed her motion to recommend HF704 be passed and rereferred to the committee on Civil Law. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Mullery presented HF697 (Mullery), Homeless Youth Task Force established.
Representative Mullery renewed his motion to recommend HF697 be passed and re-referred to the Committee on Government Operations. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Radinovich moved that HF 485 be recommended to pass and rereferred to the committee on Housing Finance and Policy.
Representative Allen presented HF485 (Allen), Director of child sex trafficking prevention established, sexually exploited youth provisions modified, grant programs established and amended relating to combating sexual exploitation of youth, related services and housing provided to victims, and money appropriated.
